About us

This website is operated by Nakoda Foods Marketing Pvt. Ltd., P.K. Bandhu Campus, Gram Bank, Dhar Road, Indore 452002 (M.P.) ("Nakoda Foods", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Product images are serving suggestions; packaging may vary slightly. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner Razorpay. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Bulk & corporate orders

Online orders are limited to 50 units per product. Larger corporate orders are handled by our corporate sales team under a separate quotation.

Food safety

Our products are 100% vegetarian and made in an ISO 22000 certified facility. Please read ingredient and allergen information on the pack (products may contain or be processed with milk, nuts, gluten and sesame) and consume before the best-before date.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
